EmberGrove Health was created out of a simple belief: care should feel supportive, thoughtful, and grounded in real life. It should not feel rushed, confusing, or impersonal.
Over the years, I’ve worked with many patients who knew something felt “off,” but struggled to feel heard or supported through the process of understanding what was happening in their bodies. Hormonal changes, metabolic shifts, and changes in sexual health can affect how you feel day to day — physically, emotionally, and mentally — and those experiences deserve careful attention.
At EmberGrove Health, my goal is to create space for honest conversation and clinician-guided care that feels clear, respectful, and manageable.

I place an emphasis on listening first. Care begins with understanding what you’re experiencing, what concerns you most, and what you’re hoping to change or improve.
My approach is:
I don’t believe care needs to be complicated to be effective. Recommendations are made collaboratively, with time to talk through options so decisions feel informed — not rushed or pressured.
I created EmberGrove Health to offer care that feels different, calmer, more intentional, and easier to navigate. Many of the patients I work with are balancing busy schedules, family responsibilities, and demanding careers, and they’re looking for care that respects their time without sacrificing quality.
Appointments are offered during evenings and weekends to make care more accessible.
If you’re feeling unsure about next steps or simply want care that feels more personal and supportive, you’re not alone. EmberGrove Health is built to meet patients where they are — with professionalism, empathy, and respect.
